Alley Cat Tea™ was developed by Stephen Ashburn at Ashburn’s Alley Cafe and introduced to the public in the spring of 2002. Alley Cat Tea is the first company to commercially package the Southern Staple known as fruit tea. Our healthy, versatile beverages are a combination of 48% Real Fruit Juice, Southern Style Black Tea and sweetened with Pure Cane Sugar. An original Southern staple now available for all to enjoy.

First introduced at the Alley Café in 2002, Alley Cat Tea was an instant success. Our products are healthy, versatile and delicious. Unlike the fruit flavored teas on the market, which are watered down fruit flavored drinks, Alley Cat Teas are made with 48% Natural juice. Unfortunately The Alley Café was lost due to a lightning strike in 2009 but, we were fortunate enough to recover our files and excited to package “The Original Fruit Tea”® for all to enjoy.
